NOTES
  • The Cactus Hotel Kitchen is available for use. The fee to use the kitchen is a flat $150, $250, or $350 based on the equipment (6 ovens, grill, 4 burners, griddle, walk-in-cooler, ice machine, chemical dishwasher with soap, warming oven, tea machine, and a coffee machine) being used for the event. All trash, food items, etc. must be removed and the kitchen cleaned to receive a $50 refund.
  • The Clean-Up Charge is mandatory if the event uses rice, glitter, bubbles, bird seed, confetti, or other such celebratory items.
  • Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to apply the seat covers and sashes. Hotel employees will remove them after the event.
  • A security guard is provided by the Cactus at no charge.
  • Candles are permitted, but only if the flames are covered.
  • There is an $800.00 minimum for Saturday events.
  • Bar service is provided by San Angelo Host. No outside alcohol is permitted in the Cactus.
  • The price for the Top of the Cactus includes tables and chairs to seat 100.
  • Please bear in mind that the Cactus is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY
